Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our retail store specializing in home audio and car audio products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, supervising sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer support. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience with POS systems, and a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a productive work environment. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and POS system transactions. Ensure that sales processes are efficient and customer interactions are handled professionally in both Spanish and English. Support staff in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's appearance to attract customers. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving overall store performance. Experience Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles within a retail setting, preferably in electronics or audio equipment. Familiarity with POS systems and retail store operations. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking) is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities. Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
