Job Description

Food & Beverage Director - Piney Park (Full-Time, Year-Round) Piney Park is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate the food experience across all seasons of the park. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing food truck operations, developing food concepts, and helping shape the long-term vision of food and beverage at Piney Park. We're looking for someone who can operate day-to-day while also thinking creatively about how food can enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations across the park year-round Manage and coordinate food trucks, vendors, and schedules Develop and curate menus, pricing strategies, and food offerings Identify opportunities to expand or improve food options (new concepts, seasonal items, etc.) Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all vendors Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards Monitor performance, costs, and profitability of food operations Collaborate with leadership on long-term food and beverage strategy Assist in planning for high-volume events and seasonal festivals

Experience in food service, hospitality, or event-based food operations Strong organizational and management skills Ability to balance operations with creativity and big-picture thinking Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor/event-driven environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and guest experience Strong communication and vendor management skills

Pay:
$47,320.49 - $56,988.12 per year
