Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food preparation Oversee food handling, cooking, and food safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards Operate POS for order processing and cash handling Train new staff members on food preparation, customer service, safety protocols, and POS usage Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all restaurant areas Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision in quick service or fast food environments Strong knowledge of POS systems; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality or food service settings Familiarity with inventory control, food safety practices, and food industry regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and handle customer concerns professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in casual dining or quick service restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or hotel experience is a plus Join us as a Shift Lead to inspire your team, elevate guest satisfaction, and grow your career in the vibrant world of food service management.
