Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure adequate stock
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with scheduling and payroll management

Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers
• Experience in customer service management
• Hospitality mindset to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous experience as an assistant manager is a plus As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your assigned shift.
