Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily performance Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to maintain high-quality standards aligned with brand expectations Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff through training, development, and performance management to build a motivated team Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and oversee food handling practices to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests Lead customer service initiatives to deliver an outstanding guest experience in casual dining or quick service environments Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or ownership within fast food, casual dining, or fine dining settings Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and managing teams effectively Expertise in food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster a collaborative team environment Experience in hospitality management, catering, bar operations or hotel environments is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of service Join us as a Restaurant Owner where your passion for food and leadership skills will create memorable dining experiences.
