Full Job Description Position Summary :

To manage all operations of the Nutrition Services Department including establishing policies, procedures, standards and objectives. Plan, organize and direct all functions of the department, including staffing and staff development, budgeting, purchasing, production and distribution of all foods, patient education and all quality assurance and quality control programs.

Qualifications:

A.

Education:

Bachelor or advanced degree from an accredited college with major in foods, nutrition or food service administration preferred. Broad knowledge of food service administration, including budgeting procedures, cafeteria-related experience, and supervisory techniques and skills. B.

Training and Experience:

A minimum of five years of management responsibilities. Texas Licenser preferred. VI.

Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

A. Must be able to maintain a fast pace throughout building complex. B. Able to handle stress in appropriate manner

Exempt, Day Shift, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
