Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and hands‑on Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team members, and ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and fully functional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people leadership and solving facility‑related challenges. What You Need Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation Completion of in‑house safety training (provided upon hire) A Typical Day Communicate and enforce all park regulations in a personable, professional manner Stay alert and attentive while supervising guests across all attractions Manage employee relations and support team performance Provide courteous customer service and resolve guest questions, concerns, or incidents Maintain a safe environment across trampolines, foam pits, and activity areas Complete opening/closing duties including safety audits, cash handling, and checklists Collaborate with other members of the management team Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts Ensure all attractions and equipment operate safely and efficiently Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trampolines, padding, and facility components Troubleshoot and address daily operational issues Enforce safety rules and company policies Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest incidents professionally Open and/or close the facility, including cash deposits and reporting Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, active environment Excellent communication and leadership abilities Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a physically active environment Join our team and help keep the fun bouncing — safely and smoothly!
Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
