Job Description

Job Summary Coordinates and leads the operation of Food & Nutrition Services. Oversees daily production and quality of product at all three locations (St. John's, Memorial, & South campuses). Responsible for compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Responsible for sanitation and food code compliance of department and area. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
Preferred Two or more years of experience in Food Service One or more years of experience in teaching or training new hires in multiple areas
Certification/Licensure:
Required Food Safety Manager Certificate Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
