Responsibilities:

Accountable for duties in the café, including all internal control and employee safety. Responsible for supervision of staff, labor control, and cost controls Responsible for meeting the brand standards and procedures Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using Tropitude. Tropitude is our mojo and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere Delivers Unparalleled Hospitality to each customer that visits our café. Controls Profit & Loss by following cash handling and security procedures Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly Implement policies and procedures, follow up with progress, and measure results Ensure adherence to Franchise recipes Ensure the quality of food and beverage presentation is to Franchise specifications Observe portion control and preparation quantities to minimize waste Ensure cash controls are in place Consult with GM and Area Director for Repairs and Maintenance needs

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be eligible to work in the United States Excellent communication skills Leadership Experience (preferred) Restaurant Experience (preferred)
