Executive Assistant /
Social Media-Advertising Coordinator :

Sisters is a multi-faceted business with a retail store, interior design and general contracting operation. While we are well established and have an outstanding reputation, we continue to freshly look at all facets of our business to be better tomorrow than we were today. Our employees have a high level of decision making input and growth potential. If this sounds like a good situation for you, we are looking for an Executive Assistant / Social Media-Advertising Coordinator to help manage the workflow of ownership, create and coordinate our advertising / social media presence with room to expand into merchandise buyer position / design, etc. Some of the duties are outlined below. Responsibilities Work hand in hand with our owner to take some of the work load off of her and allow focus on high priority items. Have interest / experience in home goods retail, merchandising, inventory purchase. Must be computer literate (Google suite, Canva, Social Media, AI) Good organizational skills Be able to multi-task A people person Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) helpful. Willing to pitch in on the sales floor, staging a nearly completed renovation, inventory, product ordering, furniture packages, client relations, vendor relations and many other facets that ownership addresses on a daily basis.

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
