The Role We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Shift Supervisor, with a strong focus on service, to lead the floor across our member dining outlets and support our active banquet and event operations. You will set the tone for each shift, develop the team, and make sure every member interaction reflects the standard TPC Houston is known for. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising hospitality leader who wants room to grow within a respected, professionally managed club. What You Will Do Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and polished service throughout each shift. Supervise, coach, and train the service team (servers, bartenders, and support staff), and partner closely with the kitchen. Set and uphold an exceptional standard of member service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on every shift. Support banquets, member events, and private functions, coordinating service for groups of all sizes. Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues with care and follow-through. Monitor inventory and par levels, place orders, and manage supplies to keep outlets fully stocked. Oversee opening and closing duties, POS, and end-of-shift reconciliation. Support strategies that grow sales, increase covers, and improve member satisfaction. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food handling, and sanitation standards. Lead pre-shift lineups and staff meetings to align the team on goals, expectations, and daily updates. Participate in interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and onboarding as needed. What You Bring Required Prior experience as a restaurant supervisor, lead, assistant manager, or in a similar service leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak periods include weekends, member events, and tournaments). Preferred Experience with bartending and banquet or event operations. Experience interviewing and hiring staff. Country club, resort, or upscale hospitality background. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Compensation Base pay of $12.00-$16.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Plus 100% of tips. Plus a percentage of sales.
