The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on quick service and fine dining experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Train, develop, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards. Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for cash handling and sales tracking. Foster a positive work environment through team management and leadership. Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff to build a strong team. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Maintain high standards of food preparation, handling, and production across all kitchen operations. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food service during peak hours. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in cooking and food preparation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on training & development of staff. Proficient in cash handling and inventory management techniques. Experience with various POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction. Background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
