Dining Services Manager - Senior Living Community $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus | Competitive Benefits Package Position Overview Lead daily dining operations in a senior living community, ensuring exceptional hospitality, strong team performance, and consistent food quality. This role combines people leadership, client partnership, and full P&L ownership. Key Responsibilities Lead & coach staff to deliver excellent service Run daily huddles and set clear expectations Maintain safety & sanitation standards Serve as client point of contact and build strong relationships Manage P&L including food cost, labor, and inventory Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety certifications Support front‑of‑house operations with the Food Service Director Qualifications 1+ year of food service management experience Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to uphold service standards and lead cross‑functional teams Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
