CASHIERS / FRONT OF HOUSE

We're looking for friendly, reliable people who can provide great customer service and keep things moving during busy periods.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and taking orders accurately Operating the POS system Answering menu questions Packaging takeout and delivery orders Keeping the counter, drink station, and dining areas clean and stocked Helping assemble orders during busy periods Communicating clearly with kitchen staff Providing friendly and attentive customer service

FOOD PREP

Responsibilities include: Preparing and portioning vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients Restocking food and service stations Labeling and storing food properly Following FIFO and food safety procedures Checking food temperatures Cleaning prep areas, equipment, and utensils Assisting the kitchen team as needed COOKS Responsibilities include: Preparing chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients Cooking and frying menu items according to K-COOK standards Operating grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely Keeping the service line stocked and looking fresh Monitoring food quality and cooking times Following food safety and sanitation procedures Keeping the kitchen clean and organized Working with the team to keep orders moving quickly Properly storing leftover ingredients and preparing for the next shift

SHIFT LEADERS / MANAGEMENT

We are also looking for experienced team members who are interested in leadership opportunities. If you have restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and know how to lead a team, contact us for details. What We're Looking For Great attitude Dependable and responsible Willing to learn Able to work well with a team Reliable transportation Able to obtain a Utah Food Handler Permit Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter more.
