We're looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to be a leader in our pack. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising and leading the team of K9 Attendants, ensuring they provide exceptional care and service to our furry clients.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and leading a team of K9 Attendants to provide exceptional care to dogs of all sizes and breeds Ensuring all K9 Attendants are following established protocols and procedures for cleaning and dog management Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintaining a clean and safe environment Administering medication to dogs as directed by their owners Providing lots of love and attention to our furry guests

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Must have your own reliable transportation Must have FULL availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays for a total of 20-35 hours/week Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and basic computer skills Must be highly organized, on-time, and reliable Must have a passion for working with animals Previous experience working in a dog daycare or kennel, and in a leadership or supervisory role, is a plus Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to clean up after dogs all day long (You know what we mean)
