We are Utah's premier wood-fired pizza catering company with 700+ events a year, and every pizza we serve is hand-made and prepared with care. We are looking for dependable, high-energy individuals to join our crew for the 2026 season. This is a fast-paced, physical role. We cater high-end weddings, corporate retreats, private parties and large public events. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a well-oiled machine, this is probably the best-paying food service gig in Utah. Shift Availability (Strict Requirement) We are hiring for Part or Full-Time hours, please only apply if you are consistently available for at least one of these windows:
Weekends:
Friday's and/or Saturday's (we are closed Sunday's), event times vary so we are looking for open availability on Friday's and Saturday's.
Mid Week Dinners:
2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (shifts are generally not this long, but could start as early as 2:00pm) What You'll Be Doing Creating artisan, hand-stretched wood-fired pizzas at high volume while consistently delivering top-tier quality. Loading equipment, driving our vehicles to and from the event locations, unloading and cleaning equipment. Interacting with guests at both public and private events with a "team-first" attitude, while maintaining a clean, professional "open kitchen" environment.
Who You Are Experience:
Previous pizza making experience is preferred, but not required.
Reliable:
You have your own transportation to and from our kitchen, and are on time to every shift.
Physically Capable:
You're comfortable on your feet and can handle the pace of a busy catering line.
Coachability:
You take direction well and want to master the art of wood-fired cooking (we train you).
Professional:
You can represent our brand in front of wedding parties and CEOs alike. Why Join Us?

Guaranteed minimum 2 days off every week.
Great Pay:
$30-$35/hr (Base + Tips/Performance)
Variety:
Every shift is at a different beautiful Utah location… never get bored in a stagnant kitchen.
Stability:
