Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliation. Support kitchen management by supervising food production, quality control, and ensuring timely service during shifts. Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong restaurant workforce. Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Implement shift management strategies to maximize operational efficiency during busy hours. Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and overall restaurant performance goals. Skills Proven supervising experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on hospitality management. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety standards. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Effective team management skills including training & development, interviewing, and leadership capabilities. Experience in inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining environments. Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Familiarity with budgeting processes and food industry best practices for cost-effective operations. Strong communication skills to coordinate between front-of-house staff, kitchen teams, and management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures for ensuring compliance across all operations.
