In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and smooth team management. Flexibility:

Closing Shift Availability and Open Availability Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during your shift, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service Lead and motivate team members, providing training and development to ensure excellent performance in food handling, POS transactions (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and customer interactions Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with food management, and ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices Oversee cash handling procedures accurately while operating POS systems and balancing registers at shift end Ensure compliance with food safety standards and restaurant policies through regular supervision of food production and kitchen practices Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members; support ongoing staff training initiatives Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and customer service Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen management, and food handling procedures Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food production management preferred Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Previous hotel or casual dining experience is a plus; catering or banquet experience is advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as a Carl's Jr Shift Lead to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and grow your career in the vibrant world of food service management.
