Operations Shift Lead, 3rd shift Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC Arlington, VA Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Team supervision IAT IAT Level II Full Job Description Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. TDI is currently seeking an Operations Shift Lead, 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population. This position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate operations tasks during assigned shifts. Oversee Monitoring of network, servers, applications, and infrastructure for outages and performance issues. Own incident triage, escalation, and resolution through closure. Coordinate with network, systems, security, application, and vendor teams. Ensure adherence to SLAs, escalation procedures, and operational runbooks. Review alerts and incidents for trends, recurring problems, and potential improvements. Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate operational documentation. Mentor and provide technical guidance during complex incidents. Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and operational metrics. Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position. Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows or Linux server environment. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree. Previous experience leading an operations team or acting as a senior escalation point. Comfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners. Previous shift-lead or team-lead experience in a DoD, military, or cleared NOC/SOC environment. Experience refining shift SOPs, playbooks, or escalation procedures based on operational trends.
