Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI), a premier Independent Living and Assisted Living community, is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead our front-of-the-house culinary team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a resort-style senior living community where hospitality, presentation, and resident satisfaction are at the center of everything we do. In this leadership role, you will oversee dining room operations and ensure every meal service reflects RUI's high standards of quality, warmth, and hospitality. You'll lead a team dedicated to creating an exceptional dining experience for residents and their guests. What You'll Do Supervise dining room staff to ensure exceptional service during all meal periods.

Assign, coordinate, and oversee daily responsibilities of servers and hosts/hostesses.

Train, coach, and support team members to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Ensure meals are served promptly, at proper temperature, and presented in an appealing manner.

Lead closing procedures for dining and kitchen areas in accordance with community policies and standards.

Set a strong example for staff through professionalism, teamwork, and hands-on leadership.

Maintain working knowledge of all departmental policies, procedures, and operational expectations. What You'll Bring Leadership experience in food service, dining operations, or hospitality management.

Strong ability to train, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams.

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence.

Ability to maintain high standards in cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation.
