Job Description:
As a Team Lead at Clean Eatz, you will play a crucial role in assisting the manager with various responsibilities while also taking charge of managing the store in their absence. This dynamic position requires a versatile individual who is adept at meal preparation, cooking, front-of-house operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, including meal prep, cooking, inventory management, and customer service. Oversee and coordinate front-of-house activities, ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers. Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines. Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Uphold food quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting in the absence of the manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems. ServSafe certification is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Willingness to undergo paid training and continuously learn and develop new skills.
