Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing inventory, and providing assistance where needed. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the night team, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks. Assist in interviewing and training new staff members to maintain high service standards. Provide support in various areas such as cooking and preparing food items as needed. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas under your supervision. Experience Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices. Experience in kitchen assistance is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
