Job Description

Job Summary Kitchen Lead Cook - Flat Top and Grill experience required.

Shift hours:

6-8 hours/day - Morning 9am-5pm, Evening 5pm-Close Must be available weekends American Fare, High Volume

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Line cook, Fry, Sauté, Prep. Follow instructions, learn quickly, fun atmosphere, and able to direct fellow team members. Responsibilities and Duties - LEAD

COOK - SUPERVISING WHILE

COOKING and

LEADING WITH CLEAR DIRECTION TO STAFF.

Prep:

Prepare all in house recipes. Prepare Sauces, Clean/Prep Produce, Assist with Food Order Delivery, maintain multiple tickets while in service.

Dish:

Everyone is required to help with dish. Knowledge of commercial dishwasher required.

Line:

Work Flat Top, Sauté, Grill and maintain sanitary standards. High Volume Shifts.

MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN MULTIPLE TICKETS.

Qualifications and Skills Previous Line Experience required, high volume shifts.
