Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to join our dynamic team! Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service and food standards Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking Train new team members on food handling, customer service techniques, and operational procedures to foster a skilled workforce Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Assist with shift planning, budgeting, and maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management to support culinary excellence Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development in hospitality or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Familiarity with inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling regulations Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work culture Ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as shift management, cash handling, and operational oversight effectively Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader where your passion for food industry excellence will shine!
