Purpose of the Position This position will ensure the serving area is supplied with clean, sanitized china and serviceware. This position also ensures that the dish room is operated in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards. This position will be required to work flexible schedule, including nights (until 10pm), weekends, and some holidays Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position Supervisory skills Ability to read and write Ability to communicate in writing or verbally to both supervisors and subordinates Good organizational skills, ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently Ability to work in congested work areas and areas where wet processes are used Ability to wear protective footwear (position will be exposed to slippery footing) Candidate must be able to work Sunday - Thursday 12p - 9:30p
