The Team Leader will assist with daily restaurant operations while helping provide an exceptional dining experience for members, residents, guests, and event attendees. Responsibilities include supporting staff during service, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, assisting with opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization, handling guest concerns professionally, and helping uphold service standards. This role may also assist with training new team members, coordinating service during busy periods, and communicating effectively with management and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential. Prior restaurant supervisory or managerial experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with strong hospitality experience and leadership potential. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
