As a Laugh, Learn, and Play Child Watch Shift Lead , you will help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, socialize, and explore through age-appropriate activities—while their parents enjoy the amenities of our facility. In this role, you'll support the Child Watch Manager and take the lead when the manager is not present. You should have a solid understanding of child development and behavior management, along with the ability to plan and lead creative, developmentally appropriate activities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll interact regularly with both families and team members. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space is a top priority.Schedule/Availability:
Monday, Thursday, Friday:
2:00 PM- 8:00 PM
Saturday:
11:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Sunday:
6:45 AM- 4:00
