KITCHEN SHIFT LEAD

Job description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic team lead to join our family entertainment center. Must have open availability up to 40 hours a week (days, nights, weekends) Our facility is open 10 am-10pm Monday-Friday 10am-10pm Saturday, 12pm -10pm.

Must possess the following:

Works well with others; Coaches and encourages others on a regular basis; Contributes to Organizes and expresses ideas and information clearly, using appropriate and efficient methods Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient food service management. Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment. Manage inventory control and maintain stock levels. Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation. Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, providing support during peak hours.
