Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high performance and team cohesion Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems and reconcile cash drawers at shift end Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain quality standards Assist with hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff onboarding and training sessions Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards Skills Proven supervising experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with strong leadership skills Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Expertise in inventory control, food safety, and food management procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Strong team management abilities, including staff training, development, and performance evaluation Experience in restaurant management within casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
