Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Manage food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction management. Control inventory levels through proper stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction strategies. Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to meet health regulations and company policies. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Assist in shift management by coordinating staff schedules, conducting interviews for new hires, and providing ongoing staff training & development. Monitor food production processes including catering, banquet service, or bar operations when applicable. Conduct profit & loss analysis to support budgeting efforts and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and customer service. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling procedures. Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage hospitality teams confidently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Previous roles involving kitchen management or culinary experience are a plus; casual dining or catering experience is valued as well.
