Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Shift Leaders to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead and motivate team members, providing training and coaching on food preparation, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service techniques Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and inventory control to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and processing transactions accurately Coordinate food production and kitchen activities to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards Assist with managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs through effective food management strategies Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude Support staff training initiatives, including interviewing potential team members and conducting performance evaluations Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and customer service Prior management or supervisory experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Experience with food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, catering or banquet experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff, manage shifts efficiently, and foster a collaborative team environment Join us as a Shift Leader to make an impact every day!
