As a Shift Leader, you will help keep the team moving, support great guest experiences, and lead each shift with positive energy. What You'll Do

• Support the team during each shift and help keep service running smoothly.
• Lead by example with great hospitality, quality, and teamwork.
• Help coach and motivate team members throughout the shift.
• Assist with guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and daily restaurant operations.
• Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Create a positive, guest-focused workplace where the team can do their best work.
