DQ Grill & Chill (with drive through and dine-in) located in Sterling, VA, is looking for high energy Shift Leaders. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in providing leadership, developing staff, effectively managing food cost and labor cost, following and implementing SOPs, excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of shift leader experience in a fast-food restaurant.

Duties:

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day operations of restaurant
• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Take operational responsibility of restaurant and manage shifts.
• Ensure compliance of company's policies and guidelines
• Control two key financial items by maintaining inventory and managing labor efficiently
• Take inventory
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction Requirements
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Good communication skills.
• A desire for challenge and a talent for building high performance teams.
• Stable work history.
• At least 3 years of Fast-Food Restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work any day including weekends and holidays.
• DQ Grill & Chill management training certification is a plus.

Pay:
