- Must be able to must be pass forklift certification on Masonite Learning Management System "LMS"
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate a group of peers without direct supervision
- Performs other responsibilities as required
- Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to avoid disruptions in production and customer service
- Follow all operational and safety SOP's as writtenQualifications
- Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
- Additional formal education and/or training is a plus
- 5 plus years work experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Working knowledge of and experience of production flow and processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop effective teams without direct control
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
