Work Performed The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in food and beverage operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Requirements Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Ensure that all food and beverage standards and policies are adhered to, including quality control, sanitation, and safety regulations. Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Assist in menu development, pricing, and cost control. Coordinate with other departments, such as the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies. Maintain accurate records of food and beverage costs, revenue, and inventory. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume resort or hotel. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Hours required:
