Pay:

$18.50 per hour starting wage, plus tip eligibility after training. Shift leads participate in tip sharing, which can significantly increase hourly earnings. 90 day review for potential wage increase.

Position Summary:

Noah's Ark Restaurant is looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily operations and support our team. This role works directly on the floor, provides excellent customer service, and helps ensure each shift runs smoothly. As a Shift Lead, you will be one of the first faces our customers see and play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional customer service Support and guide team members during shifts Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Assist with opening and closing duties Ensure smooth daily operations and positive guest experiences

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience is a plus
