We are looking for an experienced team lead who has led a team in a cleaning company before. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience being a team lead for a cleaning company. Responsibilities
  • Team lead will oversee the team as a whole
  • Quality checks and every home
  • Manage timing
  • Lay out each home for the cleaning
  • Be the main point of contact for the team
  • Communicating with customers and relaying information
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to improve performance Experience
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in a cleaning company.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with training.
  • Ability to manage a team and motivate team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, including team management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timing goals.
