We are looking for an experienced team lead who has led a team in a cleaning company before. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience being a team lead for a cleaning company. Responsibilities

Team lead will oversee the team as a whole
Quality checks and every home
Manage timing
Lay out each home for the cleaning
Be the main point of contact for the team
Communicating with customers and relaying information
Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to improve performance Experience
Proven experience as a Team Lead in a cleaning company.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience with training.
Ability to manage a team and motivate team members.
Strong organizational skills, including team management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timing goals.
Excellent communication skills. Schedule
