Tapped Public House is a Pacific Northwest-inspired restaurant and taphouse with locations in Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Camano Island, and the Port of Everett. Our spaces are designed for gathering, great food, craft beverages, and warm hospitality. The Net Shed is our newer seafood-focused concept at the Port of Everett, serving fresh coastal dishes in a fish market and kitchen setting inspired by Everett's waterfront history.

Tapped Public House - Port of Everett Front of House Team Members The Net Shed - Port of Everett Front of House Lead Front of House Team Members This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced restaurant environment, working with a team, and creating a welcoming experience for guests. Front of House Roles May Include Greeting guests and creating a friendly first impression Taking orders and helping guests navigate the menu Running food and drinks Maintaining clean, organized dining areas Supporting smooth service during busy shifts Communicating clearly with kitchen and management teams Helping with opening, closing, and side work duties For lead roles: supporting team direction, shift flow, guest recovery, and daily service standards What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment Strong communication skills Ability to stay calm and helpful during rushes Willingness to learn our food, beverage, and service standards Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not always required Leadership or shift lead experience preferred for Front of House Lead applicants Must meet Washington State requirements for food handler and/or alcohol service permits, if applicable Schedule We are hiring for a mix of day, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
