Position:
In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites. This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy. Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.
You will:
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Support and oversee the performance and well-being of employee on-site. Address and resolve any issues that arise, efficiently and effectively. Perform talent interviews Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding You have: 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting MS Office proficiency Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis
