Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting and are passionate about providing quality food and service. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food handling safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and enhance the overall dining experience. Provide support during peak hours to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus. Culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques are beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
