Operations Supervisor/Leader (1st Shift)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead production employees on the 1st shift in a food manufacturing environment while driving process improvements, meeting production KPI goals, and fostering a culture centered around safety, quality, cost, and engagement. You will guide daily operations, manage resources, and support an environment that reinforces operational excellence.

• + Oversee multiple production lines within the cell to maintain expectations for quality, productivity, and cost.

+ Train and develop team members to support effective performance of job responsibilities. + Support sanitation operations to help maintain a clean and food‑safe facility. + Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures on a consistent basis. + Review team performance and provide coaching to support improvement and development. + Promote compliance with safety programs, including lock‑out/tag‑out, personal protective equipment, and confined space guidelines. + Identify and resolve production bottlenecks while promoting continuous improvement initiatives. + Ensure all quality and regulatory standards, specifications, and policies are maintained or exceeded. + Lead projects involving root‑cause analysis and guide Kaizen events to support sustainable process improvements.

• Ingredients Required for Your Success
• + High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field preferred.

+ 2 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. + Experience in food processing preferred. + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and plant safety standards. + Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing processes. + Experience with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, TPM). + Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. + Willing to work weekends and flexible hours based on the needs of the operation. + Self‑motivated work approach with a strong work ethic and proven record leading teams and managing multiple priorities. \#LI-Onsite \#LI-EB1 \#LI-Associate

• Pay Range:

  $63,000-$93,000 _The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
