59/HR The Security Shift Lead provides on-shift leadership for the security team by overseeing daily operations, ensuring post coverage, supporting Security Officers, and service as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, coordinating emergency response, conducting patrols and inspections, coaching officers, ensuring compliance with post orders and client expectations, completing reports, and communicating operations updates to site and District leadership. The Shift Lead promotes a safe, professional, and customer-focused security operation while maintaining Security standards and the client's security objectives. Join Our Team & Apply Today! What Your Day May Look Like Supervise and support a team of security officers on site. Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols. Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times. Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outlines tasks and responsibilities. Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively. Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated. Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs. Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Must have at least 1 year of security leadership experience. Strong computer / technology skills needed. Must have excellent communication, reporting and organization skills. Customer service background preferred. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations. Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift. All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
