Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations while on shift. Duties Ensure all staff members(including yourself) are on task at all times Ensure that the attractions are in good condition and no safety risks are apparent Ensure the park is clean Count tills and drop deposits Skills Be able to work in a fast paced environment Ensure good customer service at all times Have a good attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and safety Be able to have a good relationship with existing staff Be able to make calls and answers calls Be able to answer emails Be able to work long shifts Know how to clean Qualifications Have good availability. We are looking for people who have an open schedule and are available every weekend (Friday-Sunday with flexible hours every week is a requirement) Can drive Can handle hard situations and be able to settle a situation with good customer service Be able to multi task Have good time management skills Be able to clearly communicate with the staff on duty what their tasks and expectations are for the shift
