Job Description
If you love Pizza and building community, we want to meet you! Brewery City Pizza has been Thurston County's favorite family-owned pizzeria since 1982. We are known for our hand-crafted pies and local craft beers. We are seeking a Back of House Leader to work Night Shifts at our Lacey location.
This position does it all:
runs a shift, counts the tils, delivers a great experience for our guests, answers phones, makes pizza and pasta... There won't be a dull moment!Job Summary:
As a Back of House Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading the team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the vibrant community we serve.Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Supervise staff in various departments, including kitchen, dining area, and bar.
- Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with different teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to optimize processes and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leadership roles within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of quick-service fast-food restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food industry standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Experience in interviewing, training, and managing staff is a plus.
