Shift Leader

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
• Manage inventory control and ordering supplies
• Assist in kitchen duties
• Handle cash transactions
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service environment
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
