Job Description
Leadership & Team Management Lead shifts with confidence, professionalism, and urgency Set the tone for culture, energy, and customer experience Coach, train, and hold team members accountable Delegate tasks effectively and follow up on completion Resolve minor team conflicts and escalate when necessary Operations & Execution Open and/or close the store according to company standards Must be able to multi task and meet company deadlines Must be able to prioritize and finish daily checklists Ensure all stations are fully stocked, clean, and operational Execute weekly menu correctly (baking, mixing, frosting, presentation) Maintain speed of service during peak hours Ensure all orders (in-store, online, delivery) are accurate and on time Product Quality & Standards Uphold strict adherence to Crumbl recipes and portioning Ensure cookies meet brand standards for size, look, and freshness Reject and remake any product that does not meet quality expectations Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages Customer Experience Deliver exceptional, high-energy customer service Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly Maintain a clean, welcoming storefront at all times Cash Handling & Accountability Accurately manage registers and cash drawers Perform cash counts and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper use of POS systems and discounts Cleanliness & Food Safety Enforce all food safety and sanitation standards Ensure compliance with local health department regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, lobby, restrooms, and equipment Follow proper handwashing, glove use, and food handling procedures Communication Communicate clearly with store managers and team members Provide shift updates, including wins, issues, and follow-ups Report equipment issues, staffing concerns, or inventory needs Reliability & Professionalism Arrive on time and ready to lead each shift Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress code Be dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented Willingness to work nights, weekends, (closed Sundays) and holidays as needed ⭐ Performance Expectations Meets or exceeds labor and efficiency goals Maintains high product quality and consistency Demonstrates leadership growth and initiative Contributes to a positive, team-first environment
