- Port of Subs Global Concessions | Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) Position Summary Global Concessions is seeking a motivated and dependable Lead Associate for our Port of Subs location at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
This position serves as a key extension of management, helping ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and a positive team environment. The Lead Associate plays a vital role in supporting management by overseeing shifts, opening and closing the restaurant, maintaining operational standards, and leading by example. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced food service professional who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities and grow within a dynamic airport environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the manager-on-duty when assigned, ensuring efficient and successful shift operations. Open and close the restaurant according to company policies and procedures. Lead and support team members during daily operations, promoting teamwork and accountability. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience. Assist with training and coaching new and existing employees. Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and health department requirements. Assist with inventory management, stocking, and product rotation. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues when they arise. Support management with operational tasks, shift communication, and performance expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred. Prior leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
