Duties Support food preparation activities, including assembling ingredients and ensuring quality standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround and satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, and maintaining a clean workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and perform retail sales transactions with precision Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food service operations Contribute to upselling efforts by recommending menu items and promotions to enhance sales opportunities Skills Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation to support daily operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry.
