Full Job Description Pay:

$19 an hour with performance increase. An additional estimated $3-$7 in tips an hour. Shift Lead Job Description At Just Poké , we believe in giving more. Job Responsibilities:

Leading the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations Leading, training, coaching crew members Being a leader in driving store revenue by training staff to perform at their highest efficiency Food prep: cutting, completing store recipes, minor cooking Ensuring that safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to Ensuring high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Just Poké requirements and procedures Maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines Inventory and food quality management. Qualifications Adult (18 years or older) Proven experience in restaurant food service work Strong staff training and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling Background in kitchen and food preparation
