Barista Manager

Duties Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth daily operations Manage staff schedules, including training new staff & time off/vacation requests. Oversee food preparation, food safety practices, and food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations Maintain inventory levels, order supplies via chefs store, Costco, Seattle favorites, caffe darte, etc, and ensure proper food storage and cleanliness standards are met Train staff on workflow techniques, serving protocols, cash handling, and POS usage Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math metrics, and implement strategies to boost revenue Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards Employee reviews Experience Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including cold foam, lotus, redbulls & sf red bull that separate, decaf, white coffee, etc/ Prior management experience preferred, but only barista experience required. We can train anyone the skills! Familiarity with POS systems such as square is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs professionally proven ability to teach and train staff where they feel supported and not belittled Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, serving practices, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and service Join us as a Barista Manager where your energy fuels our success!
